Financial Aid
PTPTN (National Higher Education Fund)

PTPTN provides education loans to students pursuing their diploma and first degree levels in local institutions of higher learning. For additional information, student may contact the officer in charge at Admission & Record (A&R) or visit the PTPTN website at www.ptptn.gov.my.

Employee Provident Fund Withdrawal Scheme for Education

This scheme allows EPF members to withdraw from their Account II to pay fees for their children or themselves for further study in local or overseas institution. For more details you may visit the KWSP website at www.kwsp.gov.my

MARA Loan

Bumiputera students who needs financial assistance may apply for this loan. Applicants must have a credit in Bahasa Melayu and Mathematics at SPM/SPMV Level. For further details, please refer to the MARA website at http://www.mara.gov.my/BPP.

PENANG STATE GOVERNMENT LOAN
 
Application open: 1st June (yearly)
Deadline of submission: 30th August (yearly)
Degree:(Science)RM6,000/year
 (Humanities)RM5,000/year
Diploma: RM4,000/year
Certificate: RM2,000/year

ECM Libra

Open to student who needs financial assistance. Applicants must have good academic record and active in extra-curricular activities and able to provide a proved of eligibility for financial assistance.

OKU (Orang Kelainan Upaya)

Allowance of RM300 per month (Diploma & Degree programmes) and tuition fees not exceeding RM5,000 per year for both disbursement. For more details, please visit the ministry website at http://www.moe.gov.my/v/bantuan-kewangan-oku

PFF (Penang Future Foundation)

Full time undergraduate degree students can apply for this scholarship for pursuing MQA accredited courses in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematic (STEM) and Accountancy/Finance.
Online application is opens once a year via announcement at home page. Shortlisted students will be called up to attend interview before panels convened by PFF.
