Event Management Policy & Procedure

These are University College-wide procedures and applied to any events held within the campus and off-campus by staff and students. These procedures establish a set of standards and protocols for the management of events held within the campus and off-campus and/or events supported and sponsored by the University College.

These event procedures will:
  • Provide guidance in the planning, organizing and delivering of events across all campuses.
  • Ensure all events are consistent with the UC’s vision, mission and strategic plan.
  • Ensure that events delivered across the UC are of a consistently high quality and standard.
  • Ensure events are managed in a safe manner through the identification.
  • Minimize the risks and maximize the opportunities to enhance the UC’s reputation
