Job scope:
  • Prepares and delivers lectures to students within a prescribed curriculum.
  • Prepares and participates in preparing examination papers, invigilating examinations and marking of students' written exercise, papers and practical work where necessary.
  • Offers counseling assistance to students and parents with a view to promote quality education, either in the University College or off campus.
  • Organize extra mural activities for students in their field of study or for leisure activities.Actively involved in all extra-curricular activities organized in the University College.

Job Scope:
  • Experience in handling foreign students management, e.g. student visa application (immigration), hostel management
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible on all security and safety management pertaining to KDU Penang UC.
  • Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
  • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities.

Job Scope:

Requirement:
  • A Master degree from a recognized institution with at least 5 years working experience in education Industry.
  • Experience in Auditing documents and processes for quality assurance, accreditation management and ISO.
  • Possess good knowledge in ISO, MOHE, MQA requirements.
  • Excellent writing skills with good interpretation and presentation skills, excellent time management, meticulous and good analytical skills.
Job scope:
  • Coordinate and carry out audit to check compliance and effectiveness.
  • Ensure requirements and observations raised by certification / accreditation body are adhered by the departments and school.
  • Update QMS documentation as processes and systems evolve.
  • Consolidate performance indicators, data for analysis, provide feedback and improvement for management review.
  • Provide guidance to staff in terms of ISO and MQA documentation

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor in Nursing and holds a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
  • A registered nurse with the Nursing Board of Malaysia.
  • Possess post basic qualifications, preferably in midwifery, mental health nursing.
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical working experience as a registered nurse.
Responsibilities:
  • To supervise students when they are performing nursing care.
  • Conduct clinical assessment /practical examination or Objective Structure Clinical Examination when due.
  • Liaise with ward sister, matron of the hospital, officer in charge or Doctor, when necessary.
  • Participate in continuous nursing education in the hospital setting.
  • Other duties related to the role.

Requirements:

    • Monitor & execute internal and external research grant.

    • Handle matters related to Research trainings/ HRDF trainings for in-campus, and out-of-campus.
    • Consultancy activity (profit sharing).
    • Maintain Publication and Consultancy record.
    • Minutes taking.

  2. Academic
    • Scheduling appointments for DVC.
    • To prepare yearly DVC budget.
    • Travel arrangement, coordinate academic presentation materials, record keeping.
    • Minutes taking for all Academic meetings.
    • Liaise University partners, internal &/or external party.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or related field.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in the mid- to senior- executive level.
  • Must be proficient in MS Words, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Strong command of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
