Early Christmas cheer for senior citizens and orphans

KDU Penang’s Bon Appétit Restaurant, the School of Hospitality, Tourism, & Culinary Arts held a Christmas turkey lunch where the invited guests were senior citizens from Silver Jubilee Home for the Aged as well as boys from the Ramakrishna Ashrama orphanage.

They were all served classic roast turkey with chestnut stuffing, German-style turkey with liver stuffing, spaghetti with turkey meatballs, vol au vent pastries (puff pastries which originated from France) with turkey filling, strawberry Bavarian ice-cream, as well as an assortment of other courses.
