SHTCA Bags Multiple Awards At Bali Salon Culinaire 2016

Bali Salon Culinaire 2016, an international competition held in conjunction with Food, Hotel and Tourism Bali, Indonesia 2016 saw a group of KDU Penang UC students and one staff member make us proud with another impressive display of talent which bagged them a total of 1 Silver, 7 Bronze and 9 Diplomas.
 
The competition was held at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre from 3rd to 5th March. The full list of participants and awards are as follows:
  1. Chuah Lay Yen (Lecturer) - 1 silver (fish) 1 bronze (chicken)
  2. Nur Shafa Suhaili (Alumni) - 2 bronze (dress cake /salad) 1 diploma (pasta)
  3. Jeanne Sangaadi - 1 bronze (seafood)
  4. Waymann Cheong (Alumni) - 1 bronze (fish)
  5. Ang Min Yi - 1 bronze (fish) 1 diploma (pasta)
  6. Lee Hui Zhen - 1 bronze (chicken)
  7. Jefri Koga - 2 diploma (pasta / salad)
