Chefs Cook for Charity in Conjunction with World Children's Day

It was a memorable day for Diploma in Professional Chef Training students as they participated and assisted with this event. Organized by St. Nicholas in collaboration with the Chef's Association of Malaysia (Penang Chapter), this charity event was held to raise RM100,000 for the renovation of the dormitory of the deaf blind children of St. Nicholas Home. This Charity Food Fair was held at the Golden Sands Resort in Batu Ferringhi from 9am until 4pm. The Chefs and students cooked many different dishes from all over the world for this event. Students also performed a 'kitchen stomp' for the opening act.
