SHTCA students show culinary prowess in Vietnam

In the recent Vietnam Culinary Challenge 2017, KDU Penang students and lecturer managed to achieve 5 Silver and 9 Bronze medals! The team also received the overall ‘Best Food Safety and Hygiene Award’ at the competition.
