Course Overview
This programme is designed for students with a background in engineering who wish to advance their career in the management of engineering-based industry. The programme allows you to update, extend and deepen your knowledge in engineering and management, to enhance your career opportunities in industry, or as a preparation for further academic research. A wide range of modules such as data analysis, management, business and finance will give students an opportunity to integrate and apply engineering within a practical business context. Whilst developing students’ appreciation of management, they will also deepen their existing core engineering skills in areas such as computer aided design, solid modelling and prototyping and engineering data analysis. To achieve the full MSc qualification, students will also complete an MSc Project, which will give them the opportunity to carry out research in an area of particular interest to them and their career aspirations

Practical Education

Bachelor Degree
  • Relevant Engineering degree with CGPA >= 2.50 or equivalent; or
  • Candidates without minimum CGPA of 2.5 can be accepted subject to a minimim of 5 years working experience; or
  • Other qualifications equivalent to Engineering related Bachelor Degree (MQF Level 6) with minimum CGPA 2.50 as accepted by Senate
